My approach as a Health Coach is, you are in charge. I am a support system, not a system that tells you what to do. We work together to accomplish your health and wellness goals. We move at a pace that feels safe for you to successfully maintain the lifestyle shift(s) you desire.
Session by session we nurture your bio-individual needs and connect with your inner wisdom to explore, discuss, and reflect to determine your multidimensional (emotional, mental, physical & spiritual) health and wellness goals.
I'm a firm believer in the power of talking with another human about whatever struggles you may be facing. I believe we ALL have something to teach one another during our journeys.
I am here to be your safe space, a judgement free support system, and accountability however that looks for you and is serving to you.
This is a 6 week program. Each session is 45 minutes. We have 1 session per week.

This is a session by session style. Each session is 45 minutes. Sometimes you don't' feel you can commit to a certain amount of sessions and that's okay. You book when it works for you.
This program is designed for an individual who is unable to commit to the 6 week program.
